Family shaken by charges

Joseph, 31, was arrested in mid-March and faces Florida charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim under 12 and related lewd and lascivious behavior alleged to have occurred during a 2020 Panama City Beach vacation. He has pleaded not guilty and, as part of his pretrial release, is prohibited from unsupervised contact with his four children and his two youngest siblings.
