Commander Kostenko's Warning

Colonel Roman Kostenko has told Ukrainians to prepare for the possibility that Vladimir Putin could deploy tactical nuclear weapons against military bases, infrastructure and even large cities. Kostenko says he has submitted legislation to create a separate strategy for biological, chemical and nuclear security, calling the change essential and saying the threat has reached a critical level. "This will be a separate strategy in our national security law," he said on Channel 24.
